We built a solution that's simple to get started so you and your staff can start using the software by yourselves right away with very little training. Our dedicated experts are always there to help you along each step of the way, too.

1. Basic signup and creating your business profile

You can register via the sign-up option on our website with your name, email, password, and mobile number. You can then create your business profile on the onboarding page for the product with your business name, business type, business address, and other important details. You are ready to start exploring Zakya now!

2.Configure tax settings

If you are a GST registered business, you can configure your GST identification number in Settings and all the required tax specifications will be populated for you. If your business is not GST registered, you do not need this step.

3. Inventory setup

The next step is importing your data to Zakya. If you have thousands of data points in a compatible format such as Excel with the item name, tax rate, SKU, price, cost, and other product details included as separate columns in one sheet, you can easily import your products to Zakya.

If you do not have your inventory data in the required format, our experts will guide you on how to import the details to Zakya easily.

4. Product guidance

Learn how to navigate through the application and how to best use Zakya for managing your day-to-day activities such as sales, purchases, and more. Learn how to create and customize reports and measure business performance in real time. Download the counter billing application and set up your mobile store.

5. Counter billing application

The final step is setting up the native billing application. Explore the basic steps of creating a new sale, adding items from inventory to the cart, setting up a register, and processing payments.

Voila! You are ready to start billing and managing all your store operations with Zakya in under an hour.

Note: If you are an existing Zoho Books, Zoho Commerce, or Zoho Inventory customer, you don't have to think about data import or settings. You can sign up right away, sync your items, download the application, and start billing.

What is not covered in the one-hour implementation?

For huge volumes of data, the import time can vary and will not be covered under the one hour implementation.

Setting up your store hardware will not be included. Our team can help with suggesting the appropriate hardware components such as printers, weighing scales, and similar extensions and configurations required for efficient billing, but this will not be part of that initial one hour.

Setting up payment terminals such as Paytm and Pine Labs integrations and guidance will not be included.

Setting up your accounting and online store integrations will not be included.
