Actions on Shopify

Learn how to configure your Shopify options for synchronizing orders, disabling stock, disconnecting, disabling, and revalidating your account.

Order Sync Preferences

You can choose whether to only sync confirmed orders, or both confirmed and fulfilled orders from your marketplace into Zakya.

  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shopping Cart.
  • Click Show Details next to the store you want to access.
  • Select the Orders to be Synced option.

  • Select your sync preferences from the drop-down and click Save.

Disable Stock

You can prevent stock synchronization between Zakya and Shopify if you don't want sales on Shopify to be impacted by sales occurring in Zakya.

Imagine that you manage a grocery store and employ Zakya to process Shopify orders, while keeping separate inventory for offline and online sales. If stock levels at Zakya change, you can turn off stock synchronization between your Shopify account and Zakya to prevent stock changes from affecting Shopify.

Note

  • If the sales order is processed through Zakya, then the stocks will be deducted from the inventory of Zakya.
  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shopping Cart.
  • Click Show Details next to the store you want to access.
  • Scroll down to the end of the page and click Disable in the Stock in Shopify >> Stock in Zakya section.

  • Click Proceed in the pop-up screen.

Disable Shopify

You can disable your Shopify integration if you would like to prevent orders from flowing in from your Shopify store. The integration will be temporarily suspended when you disable it, but Shopify-related data in Zakya will remain unaffected. During this time, actions like item sync, order sync, stock updates, and shipment updates will not be triggered. Upon resuming the integration, all products and orders created in the interval between the last sync time and the reactivation time will be synced into Zakya.

  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shopping Cart.
  • Click Show Details next to the store you want to access.
  • Click Disable Integration at the top right corner of the page.

  • Click Yes, Proceed in the pop-up screen.

Disconnect Shopify

You can disconnect your Shopify integration from Zakya entirely. Once disconnected, the Shopify integration will be permanently deleted, and no products will be linked to Shopify. Stock and shipment updates to Shopify will not be triggered.

  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Shopping Cart.
  • Click Show Details next to the store you want to access.
  • Click Disconnect Integration at the top righ t corner of the page.

  • Click Yes, Proceed in the pop-up screen.
