Login to Zakya
Once the application is installed, you can login using your Zakya account. All the data will be synchronized with the mobile application automatically.
To login to Zakya
- Open the Zakya POS app and click Get Started.
- Enter your email and click Next.
- Enter the password and click Sign In.
If you have more than one register, you can select a Register from the popup.
Manage Settings
The settings page lets you change the language of the application, customize how the items should be displayed, integrate printer, synchronize sales data, and manage privacy and security settings.
To access settings, click Menu icon and select Settings from the home page.
Enable Voice Information
The speech assistance by Zakya will notify the customer the total amount over voice. You can also search for an item using the voice search if Voice is enabled.
To enable Google Voice, select the Enable Voice Information switch under General.

Customize the Items list
The items can be displayed as a list or a grid in the app. You can also choose to view the price of the item along with the total number of stock available in the list/grid view.
To customize the Item list
- Select Display from the Settings page.
- Tap Item grid size and select 2,3,4 which displays the products in the grid based on the size of your screen.
- Toggle on the Display Price and Display Stock Count if required.
Configure Privacy and Security settings
The items can be displayed as a list or a grid in the app. You can also choose to view the price of the item along with the total number of stock available in the list/grid view.You can enable the following privacy and security settings that are available in the Zakya Express Checkout application.
- Share usage statistics: Enabling this helps the Zakya team improve the user experience by sharing usage statistics automatically.
- Enable crash reporting: This lets you share crash data with the Zakya team if the app shuts down abruptly. This will help address bugs and roll out the necessary fixes.
- Include email address: This lets you share data with your email address. It comes in handy when you need to report issues to the support team.
To enable privacy and security settings
- Select Privacy and Security from the Settings page.
- Toggle on Share usage statistics, Enable crash reporting, and Include email address as required.
- Tap Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy to view in detail.
