Actions that can be performed on Packages

Efficient management of packages is essential for smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Editing, downloading, printing package slips, marking deliveries, and bulk deletion streamline the shipping process, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with customers.

Edit

In the Packages module, you can select a package and click the Edit button to make changes.

Download Package Slip

A .pdf version of the package slip can be downloaded if required. To download, select a package and click the PDF icon.

The package slip can be printed by clicking the print icon.

Multiple package slips can be printed at the same time. To do so, select the checkbox next to the packages in list/kanban view, click the print icon and select Packages.

Bulk delete packages

Multiple packages can be deleted at the same time. To delete, select the checkbox next to the packages in list/kanban view and click the delete icon.

Mark as Delivered

Once a package is shipped, it can manually be marked as delivered after the customer has received it.

To mark as Delivered

  • Go to Sales > Packages.
  • Select a package that has already been shipped and click Mark as Delivered.
  • Select theDelivery Notification checkbox to notify the customer.
  • Click Proceed.

Mark as Undelivered

If a package has been marked as delivered by mistake, it can be marked as undelivered.

To mark as Undelivered

  • Select a package that has been marked as delivered by mistake.
  • Click More Actions > Mark as Undelivered.
  • Click Proceed in the popup.

Delete Shipment

A shipment can be deleted by clicking on More > Delete Shipment from the package details page.
