View Transactions
All the transactions created using the mobile app can be viewed from the transactions page. You can choose to print the sales receipt once again if required.
To view sales transactions
- Tap Menu and select Transactions.
All the transactions will be listed grouped by date. - Tap the filter icon at the top right corner to filer by customer name, contact number, payment type, start date, end date, or mode.
- Tap the transaction to view the Transaction Details.
- Tap Print to get a copy of the Sales Receipt.
Synchronize Offline Bills
The Zakya Express Checkout app is capable of billing without an internet connection. In this case, all the transactions will be marked Offline. Once the internet connection is restored, you can manually synchronize the offline transactions along with all the data in your mobile application.
To synchronize data tap the Sync icon from the home screen.
Logout from the application
When you log out from the mobile application, the register will be available to be used from another android or iOS device. All the existing data in the application will also be reset. So, when you login again, a register needs to be mapped and all the data will start synchronizing.
To view sales transactions
- Tap menu and select Logout.
- Tap Log out from the popup.
