Configure a Pickup Station
Add pickup stations by providing contact and address details specific to those locations so that your customers can easily navigate them.
Notes
- By default, your Head Office location will be added as a pickup station.
- Navigate to Settings > Locations and click Pickup Stations.
- Click Add Pickup Station.
- Fill out the details and click Add Pickup Station.

Edit Pickup Station
If you make any changes to the pickup station's contact information or the location itself, you should update the details in your pickup station to avoid missing orders.
- Navigate to Settings > Locations > Pickup Stations.
- Click the drop-down next to the pickup station and select Edit.
- Modify the information in the required fields and click Update Pickup Station.
Disable Pickup Station
If your pickup station is not available for pickup, you can disable it temporarily to prevent customers placing pickup orders to that station. The inactive pickup station can be made active anytime.
- Navigate to Settings > Locations > Pickup Stations.
- Click the drop-down next to the pickup station and select Mark as Inactive.
You can switch an inactive pickup station to active by clicking Mark as Active.
Delete Pickup Station
You can delete your pickup station if it is no longer operational and will be unavailable for pickup in the future.
- Navigate to Settings > Locations > Pickup Stations.
- Click the drop-down next to the pickup station and select Delete.
