Dashboards in Zakya

Dashboards in Zakya give a snapshot of your business performance, from sales activity to inventory status. They provide crucial insights like top-selling items and order details, saving time and offering complete visibility into key metrics.

Dashboards offer a quick look into the performance of your business with various key performance indicators. In Zakya, some of the areas you can monitor are sales activity, top selling items, purchase and sales order details, and inventory. Dashboards are the first thing that you see after logging in to Zakya, so all the important insights that are required to plan your sales strategies can be viewed at the start of your day.

Why should you pay attention to dashboards?

Complete Visibility

In an automobile, the dashboard lets you monitor the speed at which you are travelling, fuel levels, the temperature of the engine, and so on. It also displays various warnings when you need to check the engine or the anti-lock braking system. These metrics are crucial to determining how your vehicle is functioning in real time.

Likewise, every business consists of numerous processes, from sending purchase orders to vendors and procuring items to stocking up your stores and shipping items to customers. So before you start your day, a quick overview on the performance of your business can be very helpful.

Saves Time

Without Dashboards, identifying key metrics is a complex task. For example, to identify the Top Selling Item, you need to refer back to all of your sales orders, find the quantity of an item sold, and then rank them. It changes every day, every minute, and tracking this manually takes a lot of time and reduces your team's capacity to handle more complex problems or come up with more innovative ideas for expansion.

Since all the key metrics necessary for your business are available on Zakya's Dashboards, a quick look at them will give you a complete picture of how your business is performing.
